Michael W. Patten practices in the areas of public utilities, energy and telecommunications and has extensive litigation experience. Mr. Patten appears regularly before the Arizona Corporation Commission on numerous public utilities, energy and telecommunications matters, including rate cases, rulemakings, financings, line sitings, service area extensions, formal complaints and various Commission proceedings addressing policy issues.
